Overview
Our client, a leader in innovative energy solutions, is seeking an Electrical Engineer, NPI to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous NPI and High Voltage experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage new NPI project transfers to Manufacturing and contract manufacturers.
- Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external vendors.
- Develop interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics, wire harness drawings, and test procedures.
- Lead the electrical team in failure analysis of electrical components and implement preventative or corrective actions.
- Train manufacturing personnel on test processes, test equipment, and test software.
Qualifications
- 6-7+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or New Product Introduction.
- Experience developing schematics and wire harness CAD (using AutoCAD).
- Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting high power, high voltage equipment in a laboratory environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Compensation and Location
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Pay Range: $69.71 β $76.92 Hourly
