Overview

Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) Engineer is a member of a Product Development organization, co-located at the Chicago Assembly Plant (CAP) along with the Operations team. The Electrical / Electronic Hardware PVT Engineer has responsibilities associated with analyzing and improving the quality of the Explorer, Lincoln Aviator and Police Interceptor vehicles built at Chicago. The role includes reviewing warranty data and customer feedback, conducting root cause analyses, supporting quality-related plant activities, and leading engineering changes for current and future production.
