Responsibilities

• Analyze plant performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and throughput
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and investigations into process issues
• Support safety programs and regulatory compliance
• Maintain and update technical documentation (PFDs, procedures, specs)
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Expertise with ammonia or similar chemical processes
• 5+ years of relevant experience or training required
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and PSM standards
• Proven leadership in technical and cross-functional initiatives
