We’re searching for a proven electrical engineering leader ready to take the reins on complex MEP projects. What You’ll Do
- Lead innovative and complex electrical system design across commercial, institutional, and mission‑critical projects.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, guiding strategy and solutions.
- Mentor and support junior staff, helping elevate technical excellence across the team.
- Support project management, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of prior experience in MEP consulting.
- Strong technical expertise with deep understanding of building codes and design systems.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proven leadership presence and the ability to drive complex projects forward.
Preferred
- PE License or equivalent experience
- LEED Accreditation
