We’re searching for a proven electrical engineering leader ready to take the reins on complex MEP projects. What You’ll Do

• Lead innovative and complex electrical system design across commercial, institutional, and mission‑critical projects.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, guiding strategy and solutions.
• Mentor and support junior staff, helping elevate technical excellence across the team.
• Support project management, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of prior experience in MEP consulting.
• Strong technical expertise with deep understanding of building codes and design systems.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proven leadership presence and the ability to drive complex projects forward.

Preferred

• PE License or equivalent experience
• LEED Accreditation
