Define Your Role as a Nursing Assistant:

• Assist nurses with patients and treatments as needed, including personal activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Prepare and transport patients while communicating their concerns to the nursing staff.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• SRNA certification and CPR certification are required.
