🚀 Occupational Health Technician

Position Overview:
Pivot Onsite Innovations is urgently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Occupational Health Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a PRN position that will provide critical healthcare support at our onsite clinic, located at our client's distribution center in Cleveland, OH.

Main Requirement:
Coverage for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Job Summary:
As an Occupational Health Technician, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness among employees. Your responsibilities will include patient education, administering first aid, conducting pre and post-employment screenings, and performing other duties to enhance overall workplace health. You will advocate for patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and are in optimal condition to work and enjoy their lives outside of work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer basic first aid and emergency medical support as the first responder to work-related injuries.
• Collaborate with the onsite team, building positive relationships with frontline employees and liaising with managers and external medical professionals to ensure high-quality medical care.
• Promote wellness initiatives to reduce injury frequency, severity, and time away from work.
• Utilize patient education to make a meaningful impact on health outcomes.

Required Education, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician.
• Current and valid state EMT licensure.
• Preferred experience as an EMT in event settings.
