Position Summary
The Registered Nurse - Home Health / Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and performance monitoring within the Home Health department. This role includes conducting chart audits, facilitating interdisciplinary case conferences, monitoring OASIS data, and ensuring the highest level of patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate performance improvement, quality, and utilization review activities
• Conduct medical record reviews (plans of care, clinical/progress notes, etc.) to ensure quality and compliance
• Facilitate interdisciplinary case conferences and oversee coordination of care
• Monitor OASIS data integrity and manage OASIS submissions
• Ensure development, implementation, and maintenance of individualized care plans
• Generate monthly reports to monitor quality of services delivered and publicly reportable data
• Evaluate clinical competence and compliance among staff
• Remain informed about home health regulations, standards, and best practices
• Promote a clean, safe, and compliant environment of care
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of conduct

Position Type: Temporary / Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $49/hour (40-hour weekly guarantee)
