🚀 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-PM Shift

Incentives & Compensation:

• $1.25 Shift Differential for PM shift
• $1.50 Shift Differential for NOC Shift
• Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate)

• LPN Pay up to $37.40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
• Lead and guide CNA staff
• Promote resident safety and comfort
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Active LPN License in Wisconsin
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for caring for the aging population
• New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
