Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.


As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive new business through strategic sales planning, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you'll provide consultative solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate to meet customer needs and maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure smooth project execution, and you will maintain accurate sales records and meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors. Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and inform management.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive, value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales and generate reports, ensuring goals are met.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support team members as needed.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A solution-selling approach is advantageous.
