Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, relationship building, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for expanding our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will foster long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to track interactions and performance. Staying informed about market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategic sales plans focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and expand a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects.
- Customer Relationships: Build and sustain customer partnerships by understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM.
- Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, conducting research to identify growth opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Use a solution-based approach to pricing and negotiations, ensuring customer needs are met profitably.
- Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales activities and generate reports to monitor progress toward goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting or relevant experience
- Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily for field visits
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom
- Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles
- Leasing experience is advantageous but not required
- Solution-selling approach preferred
