Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.
As a Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline, identify prospects, and convert leads into high-value projects.
- Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, utilizing Salesforce CRM.
- Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
- Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales activities and generate reports to monitor progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams, providing leadership and support as needed.

Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience, or experience at WillScot.
- Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
- Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
- Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
- Solution-selling approach preferred.
