Senior Labor & Employment Law Attorney Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $220K–$300K+ (commensurate with experience)

Senior Labor & Employment Law Attorney Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in traditional labor law
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Wisconsin Bar license, or willingness to obtain
• Strong analytical, writing, and public speaking skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads independently
• Skilled in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and trial preparation
• Committed to mentoring junior attorneys
