Woods Aitken LLP is looking for an associate with 2 to 5 years’ litigation experience to work in its commercial and construction law practice groups. This position will be based in the Firm’s Omaha, Nebraska office, with periodic travel to the Lincoln, Denver, and other locations due to the national scope of the Firm’s litigation practice. Trial experience is preferred; hands-on trial advocacy classwork is required. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Candidates should be licensed to practice in Nebraska or be able to obtain a Nebraska law license in the near future; additional licensures are a plus.
