Job Title: Sr. Product Analyst

Job-Type: Contract

Salary Range : $100K - $125K

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Product team with a focus on data and analytics. This role will leverage advanced analytics to measure product performance, uncover customer insights, and drive data-informed decisions across a variety of digital initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to define KPIs and evaluate the success of new features and releases.
• Use Quantum Metric (and similar tools such as ContentSquare or FullStory) to identify customer trends, friction points, and behavioral insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on feature adoption, customer journeys, and product performance.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate new ideas.
• Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI).
• Perform competitive and opportunity analysis to inform product strategy.
• Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional partners, including executives, product, UX, and engineering.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in product or digital analytics, ideally in eCommerce or digital-first environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Quantum Metric required; experience with Snowflake, SQL, and BI visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with agile development and product lifecycles.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling or machine learning.
• Experience in multi-brand or multi-country digital environments.
