🚀 Water Resources Consultant - Senior Level - Mining Focus (Hybrid/Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analyses related to water balance modeling
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and engineering studies
• Coordinate and potentially manage multidisciplinary project teams while mentoring junior staff
• Advise clients on mine water management strategies and alternatives analyses
• Engage in business development activities, including conference presentations and proposal writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in math, science, engineering, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant experience in water resources or related fields
• Experience developing water balance models and conducting hydrologic analyses
• Proven track record of advising clients on mine water management strategies
• Valid driver''s license and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in a consulting engineering firm or related industrial worksite
• M.Sc. or PhD degree(s) in civil or environmental engineering
• Familiarity with software such as GoldSim, HEC-RAS, and MS Excel
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience with mine closure and reclamation planning
