Director of Parent Advocacy, Alpha (Remote) — compensation: $200,000/year USD. This is a full-time, remote, independent contractor role with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The role focuses on driving enrollment and parent engagement for Alpha’s innovative learning model.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the complete enrollment pipeline for one campus—from initial inquiry through waitlist management
- Conducting information sessions and 1:1 conversations to convert interested parents into Alpha advocates
- Establishing campus presence through strategic local travel and community engagement initiatives
- Developing strategic partnerships with community organizations and influencers to amplify Alpha's regional visibility
- Delivering actionable insights on parent sentiment, conversion metrics, and community engagement opportunities

- Compromising Alpha’s standards or mission to accommodate hesitant prospects

Director Of Parent Advocacy Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a 150+ student waitlist at your campus through strategic enrollment initiatives and consistent, high-quality parent engagement.
Basic Requirements
- Current residence within commuting distance of one of our campuses: Arizona (Scottsdale), California (San Francisco, Santa Barbara), Florida (Palm Beach), New York (New York City), or Texas (Austin)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with families in education, outreach, or enrollment management
- Superior verbal and written communication capabilities
- Demonstrated success in building trust and facilitating complex decision processes
- Fundamental belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high-expectation educational model

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position, available immediately. It requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
