Overview
At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Those in deal integration and valuation realisation focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration and realize benefits in complex transactions
- Guide large projects and innovate processes to achieve success
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project outcomes
- Develop cohesive HR deal plans and coordinate functional workstreams
- Foster productive teamwork environments and motivate teams
- Leverage knowledge in M&A, integrations, and divestitures
- Maintain operational excellence throughout project execution
- Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience

- Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, or Organizational Management preferred
- Demonstrated business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excelling in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration

Salary, Benefits and Other Details
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
