About the role

  • We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Program Manager to support the execution of compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compensation programs, such as cycles, Market Pricing, Pay Equity, M&A, etc.
  • Support compensation team in offer reviews, ad hoc projects, testing complex models.
  • Support compensation analysts with day‑to‑day activities, such as offer analyses, compensation reviews, and auditing of dashboards.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of compensation or total rewards experience, preferably with strong exposure to individual contributor‑focused programs.
  • Proven experience designing salary structures, leveling frameworks, and managing salary planning cycles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort building financial/compensation models; experience with compensation platforms and HRIS is preferred.
  • Experience conducting pay equity analyses and familiarity with relevant pay equity laws/regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence leaders and explain complex topics clearly.

  • Technical skills – Compensation analysis and programs (understand salary ranges, market competitiveness, equity)
  • Problem solving – help solve complex compensation problems, modeling, etc.
