What You Will Be Doing

• Respond to prospective family inquiries within 4 hours, delivering a personal, high‑touch experience.
• Host school tours and events that showcase the model’s speed, clarity, and high‑leverage results.
• Own and manage the admissions pipeline: applications, shadow days, decision calls, onboarding.
• Maintain accurate, timely HubSpot and SIS data, ready for weekly reporting.
• Update FAQs, SOPs, and collateral, testing new ideas to improve conversion.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Managing a team—process owner and primary executor.
• Playing bureaucracy—startup pace, not a school board crawl.
• Treating all applicants as equals—select well, not just fill seats.
• Apologizing for the model—some will hate it; focus on those who get it.
• Working remotely—on‑campus role with occasional local event travel.

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years owning full‑cycle admissions at a competitive, tuition‑based academic institution.
• Proven success managing selective enrollment processes from first contact to final decision.
• Confidence and presence when speaking with high‑net‑worth families.
• Exceptional writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Strong operational habits: CRM proficiency (especially HubSpot), time management, and attention to detail.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ or San Francisco, CA.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
