The Director of Recruiting will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and recruitment processes, conducting interviews, managing training programs, and supporting the recruiting team in identifying top talent. The Director will work closely with leadership to ensure staffing needs are met and develop strategies to attract and retain high‑quality employees.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ Years managing $100M+ recruiting organization
• Skilled Trades or Industrial industry experience
• Prefer experience with in‑house, near shore and/or offshore models
• Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Skills in Training and development
• Experience supporting and collaborating with Recruiting teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and management abilities
• Ability to work both in‑office and remotely as required
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree
