🚀 Hardware Technician (Multiple Shifts)

We’re growing our Test Technician team and are seeking dependable, detail-oriented technicians to support system testing and troubleshooting on leading-edge technology products. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hardware, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Availability

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:45 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:45 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and prepare computer hardware for testing.
• Execute test scripts to validate system performance.
• Identify, document, and escalade hardware/software issues.
• Track test results and process improvements.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and ESD-controlled work area.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily goals.

Required Background

• Education: Technical diploma, IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+), or relevant hands-on experience.
• Experience: Recent graduates or 1+ years in hardware repair, IT support, or helpdesk.
• Skills: Hardware assembly, troubleshooting, familiarity with Windows/Linux, basic Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
• Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a production environment.
