Overview

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for taking and documenting daily service/case notes and writing quarterly progress reports for the individuals assigned to you. 90% of your time will be spent in the field working with clients and the other 10% will be administrative work, such as writing reports, documentation, emails, etc. As part of this position, you will also be required to attend monthly training meetings at a SYW’s branch office and communicate regularly with both your ILS Program Manager and your client’s RC service coordinators.

• Computer literate and tech-savvy with basic computer skills and intermediate knowledge of using MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent communicator in all aspects is a must

Preferred Education / Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a related field: ILS, SLS, caregiving, CNA, teaching, coaching, a history of working with children or adults with IDD or other disabilities
