This is a remote position with occasional travel to NSF headquarters in Alexandria, VA and program-related events.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities

• Manage Canvas learning management system including course setup, user access, and content delivery
• Coordinate curriculum scheduling and implementation across multiple cohorts and research topics
• Oversee systems management for Box file sharing and Slack communication platforms
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all operational activities
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for teams and Anchor entities
• Coordinate curriculum customization and content preparation for each cohort
• Support live session implementation including virtual session management and breakout coordination
• Manage team deliverables tracking and feedback coordination
• Oversee user audits and access management across all program systems
• Coordinate with coaching teams for curriculum integration and support
• Ensure all operational activities meet federal compliance and accessibility requirements

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage curriculum materials and implementation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Applied experience with learning management systems and educational technology platforms, particularly Canvas
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Awareness of accessibility standards and Section 508 compliance
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders including researchers, coaches, and federal staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client engagement, collaboration, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and lead operational initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 7+ years of related experience
