What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes with Intuit TurboTax products: tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software; document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney; strong tax prep experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish written & spoken.
• Excellent customer service skills; professional, friendly, confident video/audio interaction.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay ranges by region:
Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
New York $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
Washington $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50
