Our Am Law 200 client is seeking candidates interested in joining our Litigation Team in the position of Counsel or Senior Counsel (title determination commensurate with experience). This team provides clients with a comprehensive, multidisciplinary legal team to minimize legal exposure, litigate through resolution, and handle crisis management. Their team of litigators tries cases to verdict in state and federal courts and on appeal in virtually every and regularly lead trial teams in some of the most challenging jurisdictions in the country.

What you will do

• Be a strategic part of a defense litigation team committed to providing excellent representation to our clients
• Participate in case work up, including case strategy, discovery, records review, client and witness interviews with particular emphasis on e-discovery

What experience you bring

• Experienced in all facets of electronic discovery and document production
• Experienced with use and implementation of analytics and predictive coding tools across multiple platforms
• Experienced in the design and implementation of privilege log review and redaction review workflows, including the use of automated redaction tools
• Creates document review processes and procedures
• Draft, edit and revise witness summaries and witness kits used to prepare litigation team for depositions
• Excellent writing abilities
• License to practice law in Texas or Florida
