Part-time Recruiting Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Mid‑sized aerospace company in South Seattle, WA is hiring a temporary part‑time Recruiting Coordinator for 6 months.

Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite)

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM PST, Monday‑Friday (30 hours a week)

Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour

Contract Duration: 6 months, W2 employment through Aston Carter

Key Responsibilities

• Post job listings daily on the company website
• Call and vet candidates who apply to postings
• Schedule 3–5 interviews per day for the recruiter (will not conduct interviews)
• Conduct all preliminary screen questions

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Recruiting Coordination experience
• Outgoing, go‑getter personality
• High preference for experience in aerospace or manufacturing
• Familiarity with ATS/HR tools such as Greenhouse, Bamboo, Workday, etc.
• Will submit to a drug test upon onboarding (THC screening required)

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour. Benefits are subject to change and may depend on classification and length of employment.
