🚀 Clinical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering health analytics reports and clinical consulting with clients
• In collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Clinical Consulting, develop and execute on strategies to help mid-market clients control health care costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through analytic-based state of the art innovations and reporting
• Interface with other colleagues in a team environment to create clinical strategies and execute those strategies to assist our clients in achieving measurable outcomes
• Serve as the principal clinical market resource for client engagements, and assist in managing clinical relationships with payors, providers and employers
• Evaluate population health management solutions, such as pharmacy benefits management, telemedicine, mobile health technology, health specific vendors, high performance networks, patient-centered medical homes / ACOs and workplace health and safety services

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required:

• 5 - 10 years of experience delivering clinical consultant services to clients, preferably in a health care consulting or brokerage environment
• RN, BSN with documented clinical experience
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with carriers, peers and clients
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge in Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred:

• MBA, MPH or MHA
