🚀 Global Sales Manager VLA (15k+)

ADP’s world‑class sales team is committed to creating strong relationships with Fortune 100 corporations to small start‑ups. As a Global Sales Manager, you’ll be given the tools, training and support needed to connect with new and current customers while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Reach or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Execute a cold‑calling strategy to target prospects.
• Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Connect customers’ business needs with ADP products and services.
• Cross‑sell additional ADP solutions to existing clients.
• Build a network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of sales experience (HCM, payroll, HR solutions, HRBPO or talent management preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
• Experience working on a sales quota and with a target of 15,000 + employees.
• Cold‑calling experience with a persistent, positive style.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, ambitious and self‑confident with a strong work ethic.
• Background in business‑to‑business sales and a willingness to build a career path with ADP.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $90,600.00 – $195,800.00 per year* plus potential bonus, equity or commissions.
