🚀 VP of HR

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a HR Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $135,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

Design and manage compensation and benefits programs.

Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.

Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure regular performance reviews.

Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8-10 years of progressive HR experience, and 5 years in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations (California, Nevada, Texas) and regulatory compliance.

Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring HR teams.

Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making skill in a fast paced work environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
