The Opportunity
EY is significantly investing in its award‑winning AI & Data practice. As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help our clients develop and realize their ambition to leverage AI at scale and drive better business outcomes, with a specific focus on risk consulting.
You will work with a wide variety of clients to deliver the latest data science and big data technologies, designing and building scalable solutions that unify, enrich, and derive insights from varied data sources across a broad technology landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team working with a wide variety of clients to define, develop, and operationalize AI strategy at scale, with focus on risk consulting.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the client’s goals, mission, and vision.
- Lead teams of AI engineers and data scientists in delivery of modern ML and AI solutions for clients.
- Stay abreast of AI technology trends and provide guidance around ModelOps tools and solutions that fit client needs and integrate with existing ecosystems.
- Apply combined business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps target architecture enabling AI implementation and monitoring at scale.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain solutions in the client’s platform or integrate AI solutions into client ecosystems.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technology innovations, and AI regulatory requirements across the globe.
- Understand clients’ overall data, AI, and technology landscape and business priorities and success measures.
- Strong team collaboration and experience working with diverse teams in a hybrid model (on site and remote).
- Work on large‑scale client engagements, fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
- Consistently deliver high‑quality client services, driving high‑quality work products within expected timeframes and budgets.
- Build consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening.
- Incorporate data into decision making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MS in Business, Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
- Experience interacting with and designing solutions for internal audit, internal controls, compliance, and business processes (finance and operations).
- 8–10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting.
- 3–5+ years of experience directly managing technical teams and/or consulting teams.
- Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (OpenAI family, open‑source LLMs, DALL‑E, LlamaIndex, LangChain, RAG).
- Experience with ML packages (scikit‑learn, PyTorch, ONNX).
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Strong understanding of ML workflows, data ingestion, analysis, transformation, evaluation.
- Experience with MLOps platforms (MLFlow).
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience with CI/CD and test‑driven development.
- Experience designing and maintaining end‑to‑end ML pipelines.
- Experience deploying ML workflows on a major cloud platform.
- Proficiency with SQL, Pandas, Spark.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Ideal Additional Experience (Not required but beneficial)
- Leading business or IT transformation projects supporting data science, AI, and cloud at scale.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, privacy, and data protection standards.
- Experience with Agile and/or Scrum.
- Experience with design‑driven thinking.
- Certifications in Data & AI domain (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake).
- Strong skills beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C).
- Experience fine‑tuning Generative AI models.
