What You Will Do

• Support operational assessment projects and performance improvement initiatives, including
  • Clinical operations and workforce optimization
  • Workforce productivity and expense evaluations
  • Detailed service line analyses
  • System throughput enhancement
• Interfacing with all levels of management both internally and at client sites
• Perform benchmarking analysis and analyzing financial records to identify opportunities for improved financial performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a Healthcare-related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations
