About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and execution-focused Vice President of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts across our portfolio of labels, artists, and global initiatives.

The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that amplify our market presence, accelerate artist growth, and strengthen the organization’s position as a leader in the evolving music industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in music marketing, with a proven record of breaking artists and driving measurable growth.
• Expertise in Latin music markets strongly preferred; global music marketing experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
• Bilingual/Multilingual (Spanish strongly preferred) is a plus.
