Will be responsible for offering high-quality and timely support to partner with the business, managers, and employees to hold up the employee life cycle.

What a typical day looks like:

  1. Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.
  2. Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
  3. Owners of key HR data.
  4. Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement)
  5. Perform and support HR Core services in and out of HR systems; like HR help desk, HR portal, time and attendance, and other ad hoc projects for employees and managers.
  6. Maintain a highly collaborative relationship with other departments.
  7. Maintain and record key information for tracking and historical purposes.
  8. Drive for continuous improvement and motivate employee engagement.
  9. Provide ongoing feedback on performance of individuals through both formal and informal evaluations.
  10. Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.
  11. Coordinate people resource requirements for the department.
  12. Assist in department budget planning and manage department expenses.
  13. Report and alert resources concerning downtime.
  14. Interface with Test Support / Maintenance on equipment problems.
  15. Track time for NPI / Pre-production / re-work.
  16. Communicate with opposite shift to ensure communication flow.
  17. Follow quality indicators. Stop and alert if predefined indicators are below target.
  18. Primary contact for response to situations where scrap is occurring in any process step.
  19. Function as liaison between managers, directs, core and contract associates on various issues including communication of policies, practices and procedures related to organization and site operations.
  20. Assist in implementing group-wide HR policies and procedures.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  1. Associate's degree or its equivalent in a Human Resource-related field. Bachelor degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function.
  2. Lifting, bending, and picking up things up to 25lbs.
  3. Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy.
  4. Proven experience and advanced skills in HR functions, particularly in a face-to-face support role within a manufacturing environment.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
