ADP is hiring a Client Human Resources Business Partner III .

This opportunity requires travel between Omaha, NE and Des Moines, IA to meet with your book of business.

What you’ll do

  • In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, using HR experience, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to address clients’ most critical business challenges. You carry ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
  • Your day-to-day work centers on helping clients; questions will vary and so will the solutions you provide. You will have access to top-ranked training to set you up for success.
  • You will build relationships with external clients and internal partners, communicating clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing to help clients take action and achieve high satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR expertise to ADP’s largest clients and support our most complex products/technologies. Solve client problems with a broad perspective, work independently to resolve issues, and proactively share information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions. Strive to exceed client expectations while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven ability to produce positive results.
  • A college degree is helpful but not required. Acceptable alternatives include relevant experience noted above or military experience.
  • Bonus: HR Certification or willingness to pursue in the first year.
