Manager Responsibilities
- Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
- Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver exceptional work.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Operations Management/Research, or related fields.
- Experience operationalising business strategies for Insurance clients.
- Experience transforming supply chain functions.
- Experience managing complex business initiatives.
- Client relationship management and delivery of strategic business results.
- Innovation and team development capabilities.
- Quantitative and qualitative benchmarking expertise.
- Development of Insurance thought leadership.
Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
