Manager Responsibilities

• Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Operations Management/Research, or related fields.
• Experience operationalising business strategies for Insurance clients.
• Experience transforming supply chain functions.
• Experience managing complex business initiatives.
• Client relationship management and delivery of strategic business results.
• Innovation and team development capabilities.
• Quantitative and qualitative benchmarking expertise.
• Development of Insurance thought leadership.

Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
