Note: This role is Microsoft onsite only.

Responsibilities

• Delivering customer engagements: Prepare and deliver technical engagements including strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions and rapid prototyping to demonstrate key capabilities, validate against identified risks and finalize technology choices.
• AI Transformation Leadership: Be the trusted voice within the business and for customers on the latest AI platform and technology trends, guiding their transformation journeys. Prioritize AI use cases through design thinking workshops and lead these journeys effectively.
• Strategic Vision and Planning: Own and execute a clear strategic vision for AI transformation initiatives on targeted accounts, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs by collaborating and orchestrating cross-functional teams.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures based on patterns and practices tied to customer requirements; ensure solutions are scalable, secure and optimized for performance. Uncover and prioritize opportunities to address real customer needs.
• Cross Platform Collaboration: Integrate capabilities across the entire cloud platform, identify synergies, and optimize cross-platform integration. Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to make the Innovation Hub the home of Cross Solution AI Transformation.
• Technical Depth: Maintain and grow expertise in creating business value on top of the business applications including sales, services, marketing, and Microsoft 365 to support AI transformation initiatives. Stay updated with market trends and collaborate with technical communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in any of the following technologies: Dynamics 365 (D365) platform including Sales, Customer Insights, Contact Center, Customer Service, and D365 Copilots (Sales, Service); Power Pages; Power Platform Governance & Security; Power Platform app lifecycle management; SDLC, ALM, DevOps; Power Apps (canvas & model-driven apps)
• 3+ years enterprise experience in business envisioning, solution envisioning, architecture design, and rapid prototype activities in a presales capacity

• Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the role's job duties.

• 2+ years of experience with Power Platform Connectors and related
• Enterprise Architect experience designing and implementing large-scale solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements
• Consultative selling: experience in a consultancy role providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations
• Strategic & Structured Facilitator: experience in requirements capture, prioritization, evidencing impact, and risk/constraint identification
• AI Solution Design Experience: designing architectures for AI solutions; understanding of AI-related Azure services
• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (Azure AI Engineer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or other domain-relevant certifications)
• Design Thinking: experience delivering design thinking, ideation, or similar problem-framing activities

Compensation and Benefits

Solution Engineering IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, with base pay ranges of USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year for those locations.
