The opportunity

EY is significantly investing in their award-winning AI & Data practice. As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help our clients develop and realize their ambition to leverage AI at scale and drive better business outcomes, with a specific focus on risk consulting. You will work with a wide variety of clients to deliver the latest data science and big data technologies. Your teams will design and build scalable solutions that unify, enrich, and derive insights from varied data sources across a broad technology landscape. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering, with a deep understanding of internal audit, internal controls, and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an AI Senior Manager, you will join a dynamic and interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers who love to tackle the most challenging computational problems for our clients. You will be leading a team working with a wide variety of clients to define, develop and operationalize their AI strategy at scale.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team working with a wide variety of clients to define, develop, and operationalize their AI strategy at scale, with a focus on risk consulting.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive AI Strategy that aligns with the client’s goals, mission and vision
• Leading teams of AI engineers and data scientists in delivery of modern Machine Learning and AI solutions for clients
• Staying abreast of AI technology trends and providing directional guidance around ModelOps tools and solutions that fit client needs
• Applying combined business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps target architecture for AI at scale
• Collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain solutions in the client’s platform of choice
• Staying abreast of industry trends, technology innovations and AI regulatory requirements across the globe
• Understanding clients’ data, AI and technology landscape and business priorities
• Strong team collaboration and experience with hybrid work models
• Working on large-scale client engagements and delivering quality client services on time and within budget
• Collaborating, influencing and building consensus through constructive relationships
• Solving problems by incorporating data into decision making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or MS degree in Business or Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• Experience interfacing with internal audit, internal controls, compliance, and business processes
• Minimum of 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience directly managing technical teams or consulting teams
• Experience deploying Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI family, open source LLMs, Dall‑e, Langchain, Retrieval Augmented Generation)
• Experience with ML packages (scikit-learn, PyTorch, ONNX) or related libraries
• Experience using DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps) and Agile tools (Jira) for analytical solution delivery
• Understanding of ML workflows including data ingestion, analysis, transformation and evaluation
• Experience with MLOps (e.g., MLFlow)
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines
• Experience deploying end-to-end ML workflows on at least one major cloud platform
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software engineering best practices
• Proficiency with SQL, Pandas, Spark
• Clear communication of findings and recommendations
• Experience with containerization and scaling models
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
• Team player

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience leading data science and AI transformation projects at scale
• Familiarity with AI ethics, privacy, and data protection regulations
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methods
• Experience with design thinking
• Certifications in Data & AI (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake)
• Degree: Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or similar
• Strong skills in languages beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C)
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models
