Base pay range: $144,000.00/yr - $329,100.00/yr. Location: Anywhere in Country.

You will work with clients to design, build and operationalize AI solutions and help navigate the complex world of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering, with a deep understanding of internal audit, internal controls, and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team working with a wide variety of clients to define, develop and operationalize their AI strategy at scale, with a focus on risk consulting.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the client’s goals, mission and vision.
• Lead teams of AI engineers and data scientists in delivery of modern Machine Learning and AI solutions for clients.
• Stay abreast of AI technology trends and provide guidance around ModelOps tools and solutions.
• Apply business and technical knowledge to develop and implement ModelOps target architecture for AI at scale.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain AI solutions in the client’s platform of choice or integrate AI into the client’s ecosystem.
• Understand clients’ data, AI and technology landscape and business priorities and success measures.
• Work on large-scale client engagements; foster relationships with client personnel and deliver high-quality work within timeframes and budgets.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve data systems and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or MS degree in Business or Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• Experience designing solutions for internal audit, internal controls, compliance, and business processes (finance and operations)
• Minimum 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles
• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience directly managing technical teams and/or consulting teams
• Experience deploying Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI family, open source LLMs, Dall-e, LlamaIndex, Langchain, RAG)
• Experience with ML packages (scikit-learn, PyTorch, ONNX) and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Strong Python skills; experience with CI/CD and test-driven development
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines
• Experience deploying end-to-end ML workflows on at least one major cloud platform
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software engineering best practices
• Proficiency with SQL, Pandas, and Spark
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with containerization and scaling models
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks; demonstrated leadership and project management
• Team player

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience leading data science, BI, AI, and cloud transformation projects at scale
• Familiarity with AI ethics, privacy, and data protection regulatory frameworks
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience; design thinking experience
• Certifications in Data & AI domains (e.g., Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake)
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields
• Proficiency in languages beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C)
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models
