🚀 Marketing and Admissions Director

Overview

We seek a Marketing and Admissions Director to lead sales and marketing strategies, driving census, mix, and revenue goals within nursing centers and assisted living communities. This role partners with Clinical Admissions Directors (CADs) for conversion processes and represents the center in the community to support business growth.

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve census, mix, and revenue goals.
• Oversee external and internal referral management and collaborate with CADs for conversions.
• Represent the center within the community and drive business growth through relationship-building and competitive landscape analysis.
• Lead and manage the marketing, admissions, and internal referral management functions as a cohesive role focused on team leadership and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years of college education in health care administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations preferred.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers'' business needs, specifically incoming admissions.
