This pivotal role is designed for a confident and energetic professional who is eager to expand our market reach and drive high-quality lead generation. You'll be the friendly face of Leap in the community, building genuine connections, spotting the right opportunities, and making sure every event is a big success!

Responsibilities:

• Lead with Impact: Take charge in researching, identifying, and leading our participation in local trade shows, events, fairs, and festivals. Be the driving force behind strategic planning and execution, ensuring every initiative is successful.
• Forge Authentic Partnerships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with community leaders, event organizers, and potential customers. Develop and negotiate local sponsorships, partner with HOAs, and seek charitable collaborations (like Habitat for Humanity) to amplify our brand and give back.
• Drive Results & Growth: Implement and track strategies for capturing high-quality lead information. Generate data-driven reports to demonstrate ROI.
• Build & Inspire a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of part-time event staff, motivating them to achieve lead generation goals and fostering a positive environment.
• Create Unforgettable Experiences: Ensure every touchpoint, from interactive displays to creative giveaways, generates excitement and reinforces the Leap brand.

• Familiarity with Burlington, NC, and surrounding areas is a plus.

What We're Offering:

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $50,000/year, plus bonuses and incentives based on lead generation and event success. Override bonuses on sales revenue.
